I'm a beach girl!

I began blogging in 2011 on WordPress to build a platform while writing my first book, The Miracle of Us: Confessions of an Online Dater. Originally called Laura’s Confessions, I wrote about the romance of meeting my husband online and the miracles that ensued, my struggles as an amateur writer, and my challenging past of sexual abuse and healing.

As I published more books and met incredible people through blogging, my focus for blog posts turned more to what God was doing in my life. I’ve been very candid and outspoken about my hurts, healing, and hope for redemption through Jesus. I long to see other people experience that same freedom in their lives.

So what began as a blogging site that shared my books, has now become an author site with a blog. The previous material posted over the past fourteen years will now find its way into a few books.
